About NCPCR
The CEAL Network for Community-Engaged Primary Care Research (NCPCR) Data Ecosystem includes three primary care research networks: MSM, HCN and OCHIN.
The NCPCR program has two main components:
- a data ecosystem that uses the existing data warehouse capabilities and electronic health record data from primary care settings in CEAL communities
- a clinical trial titled Community Health Workers Systematically Assessing and Addressing Social Determinants of Health to Improve Outcomes in Community-based Health Centers (CHW-SYSTIM) conducted in the primary care setting
