Report FAQs

Reports are due the 15th of the month.

• The Monthly Report is due monthly, 15 days after the end of the month.
• The Monthly/Quarterly Report is due quarterly, 15 days after the end of the quarter.

For the purposes of reporting, “CEAL Team” or “your team” refers to the lead institution, investigator-lead partners, and any partner organization implementing activities in pursuit of your CEAL aims and objectives.

A community partner is a community-based organization that contributes to and supports the work of CEAL. The community partner may or not may not be paid and may or may not have a formal agreement with the CEAL Team.

To access submitted reports, the user can find them under the navigation Reports.

Users can create a report at any time and save the report as they go. 

Yes, you may save a report draft and return to finish at a later time. To save your work, select “Save Draft” at the bottom of the screen. To access draft reports, the user can find them under the navigation Reports.
